Effective communication can be hard.  It can be uncomfortable. 


But, it's the only way to solve problems.


When times are difficult and emotions are running high, how can we be sure we're communicating effectively (and respectfully)? It's time to get back to basics. Listen to what others are saying. Adjust your style to try and connect with them effectively where they are.

By maintaining communication with your partners in business, you will be able to consistently show them that you are adding value to their brand across multiple e-commerce platforms. Effectively communicating these challenges will allow you to collectively enjoy the successes of accomplishing your shared goals. Each brand partner will be different. A communication plan and its frequency will need to be tailored to the needs of each brand partner, and where you are in the maturation of your relationship.
