In today's online marketplace, there are two categories of retailers.  The first is a company that is only concerned with making a quick sale & turning a profit.  This company is not concerned about a brand's pricing policies, how the brand is presented, the customer's experience, the brand's longevity, or anything else about the brand's success.  The other type of company is the exact opposite.  This company invests in the customer's experience by exhibiting the vision that the brand owner has for their product.  This company offers great, quality products, quickly with no questions asked return policies.  This type of customer experience creates a satisfied customer for the life of the product.  E-Commodity is this type of company.  We will take your products to many platforms new & old where we maintain 100% feedback ratings due to the excellent customer experience that we provide.

Sales Tax

 

E-Commodity is sales tax compliant. This means that each of these Nexus states lawfully expect sales tax to be remitted.  E-Commodity complies in each of these states.  This is a rarity with many online retailers.  We will do the right thing every time.  Failing to comply will lead to heavy fines, interest, etc.  Why would our brand owners care about this issue?  If a brand is going to work with a partner that has the potential for huge liabilities, does not follow the letter of the law, and quite simply lacks the ability &/or processes to comply, then the relationship won't last in the ever changing world of e-commerce. .

Content Management

 

Information found online regarding products, can often create a potential sale, or end a potential sale.  We are experienced, and fully capable of fixing existing listing issues that are found on many online platforms.  We also use personalized email requests for product reviews of the products that we sell.  Quality Products + Quality Customer Service = Better Experience, which creates repeat customers &  positive product reviews.

We do not expect our business partners to worry about our capital affecting their cash flow.  E-Commodity is a healthy, profitable company with the capital necessary to fully support our partners in all of our marketplaces.  We ALWAYS pay upfront.  We want the brands that we work with to be able to spend time growing their business & enacting their vision.  We want the brands we work with to be profitable.  Our commitment is to continue to do the right thing and ensure a profitable partnership long into the future!

E-Commodity has the experience and proven track record of assisting brands in promoting products that have enduring and long lasting success. We do more than just list a product for sale.  We provide value to the brands that entrust us with their products.  We optimize a product's exposure with keyword searches that are found through sponsored ads on many platforms.  We are also successful in bringing new products to market.

We are committed to protecting the brands that we represent, and their value.  We are commited to MAP enforcement.  We have never & will never have a MAP violation because we have developed internal processes that we use to constantly be aware of the pricing guidelines for each product we carry.  We will do everything in our power to maintain the value of the brands that we represent. 

​Giving Back

 

We give back annually through partnerships with St. Jude Research Hospital, the Wounded Warrior Project, & the Union Mission.  In 2016, we also joined the efforts for the flood recovery in West Virginia & Louisiana.  We are a community partner.
